IE7 and 8With IE 71) Click on Tools.  2) Click on the first link Delete Browsing History...  3) Click Delete cookies.  4) When prompted, click Yes 5) Next, click on Delete Files.  6) When prompted, click Yes 7) Click the Close button 8) Restart the browser for the changes to go into effect. With IE 8 1) Select Tools > Internet Options.  2) Click on the General tab and then the Delete... button.  3) Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.  4) Close and Restart the Browser for changes to take effect.
