Clearing Cache
Firefox1) Select Clear Recent History from drop-down menu under Tools. 2) Click on the arrow next to "Details" on the Clear Recent History screen. Select the box next to Cookies and Cache.  3) Then press the "Clear Now" button. *Note* You can also choose to clear browsing history as you wish at the same time. 4) Close the current browser in FireFox and restart a new browser window for the change to take effect.
